Environmental Testing Credentials & Certifications

Every finding on an Origin Environmental report is issued by a named inspector with verifiable certification. Nothing on this page is aspirational — if a number is pending verification it says so.

Justin Zarudny

Justin's work in property services began in 2007 and expanded into water-damage restoration, reconstruction, plumbing-related loss evaluation, mold inspection, environmental testing, and building documentation. Scope of practice

Origin Environmental performs inspection, testing and documentation. We do not perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement or lead abatement, and we do not diagnose illness, determine insurance coverage or issue legal or engineering opinions.

Independence

Because we do not sell the corrective work, our recommendations follow the site evidence and laboratory results rather than a removal estimate. Diagnostics and corrective work are separately scoped and authorized.

Ask who is performing your inspection. Then ask for the number.

Tell us what is happening, when it began, and which areas are involved. Serving San Diego County.
